The Seneca Commission for Economic Development was established to oversee the growth and diversification of the Nation’s public and private sectors, to forge partnerships inside and outside of the Tribe, to foster job creation and to stimulate industrial growth. Their initial focus was to engage in development initiatives, market analysis, property development and infrastructure improvements. Anthony J. Baynes was appointed to the commission in 2013 due to his extensive skills in business development and community relations.
